Dakota Buckaroo Original Marinating Sauce (16 oz.) is a bold blend of Idaho's "Old West" with a hint of the "Dakotas". Use this marinade to enhance the flavor of beef, chicken, lamb, pork, and fish, without overpowering their natural taste. The Original Sauce has a delicate yet robust flavor. When marinating steaks, chicken or pork, each piece should receive a light coating of sauce and then be allowed to rest 30 minutes to 2 hours. Each hour delivers a more robust flavor and added tenderness. The results are unsurpassed. For hamburgers, we suggest mixing in 2 tablespoons per pound, make patties, and sprinkle a few drops on each side during cooking.
